Youth and Family Ministry
Kure Memorial Lutheran Church’s Youth and Family Ministry is for families who are interested in being involved with our ministry outside of Sunday morning worship! Our children and family ministry is a way for our children and their families to come together with other families in fellowship as well as build relationships with one another. We want everyone to feel included! Some events are for fellowship and more geared towards children’s spiritual growth, like our Vacation Bible School program held in June.
Community events we host include, Advent/Christmas celebrations, Fall Festival, Easter Eggstravaganza, as well as others from time to time! For these events we love to have the teens as well as other adult volunteers get involved with leading things like games, crafts and snacks. We also host "First Friday Fun Nights" for students in grades K-5! We meet on the first Friday of each month for a devotion, conversation, games, crafts and a meal! That’s what our Children and Family Ministry is all about, we all come together as one family in Christ. If you’re on Facebook and interested in seeing more photos or want to keep up to date with all our current events you can ask to join Kure Memorial’s Children’s Ministry page on Facebook.
